When is my payment due? The first payment is due at the time you sign up for our services and an invoice is sent to you. The following payments will be due on one week before the date of your purchasing. The pay period may be monthly, half-yearly or yearly depending on available packages & your choice. Is there a grace period? Yes, we do offer a grace period. We do our best to email invoices 15 days prior to the due date. We then offer up to 2-5 days past the due date to pass without penalty. Two days after the due date we may email a Deactivation Notice warning you that the accounts are at risk of deactivation. A deactivation date, in most cases, will be set for two days after the notice was sent. This allows for a total of 5-10 days to pass, after the due date, for payment to be made. Note that it is best not to allow your account(s) to be in this position to avoid late fees or other disruptions. What do I do if my account is already deactivated? There is a $10 fee applied to each account that has been deactivated for non-payment. If your account has already been deactivated you will need to submit payment information for the amount owed plus $10 per deactivated account. Please open a new Support Ticket to submit your request. How will I be charged if I upgrade or downgrade? We don't offer downgrade of hosting package. There is no extra fee for upgrading a package. The only difference is in the price between your old package and the new. You may upgrade at anytime, or when requested you to do so, in the case of access resource usages by your hosting account. We also offer add-on features with your hosting account, you may choose them according to your requirements. How to pay for Pending Invoice? To make the payment to your pending Invoice with us, just follow these simple steps: 1. Login to your billing account from http://hostabove.com/billing/customer.php 2. On Dashboard click on "Pending Invoice" link at top 3. There you see the pending Invoice on you, just click "View" link to check the particular invoice 4. At the bottom of Invoice page select your Payment option and click the button. Just follow with the secure Payment page. [Top] |
